Why We Believe Now Is the Time to Build
Victory Christian Centre Church and the broader Body of
Christ in Uganda have hosted massive end-of-year revival
festivals—moments that drew tens of thousands together in
worship, prayer, prophecy, and national unity. For years,
our gathering place was Mandela National Stadium, a
national symbol of convergence. But in 2023, that door was
permanently closed to us. We lost the contract — but not
the vision. What began as disappointment has turned into
divine direction.
The Lord has since impressed upon our hearts a bold new
mandate: build a stadium of our own — not only for worship
but for national impact. A place where revival meets
productivity, and where the glory of God, Doxa, will dwell
in a visible, transformative way.
Apostolic Leadership
This vision is led by Apostle Dr. Joseph Serwadda, Senior Minister at Victory Christian Centre Church, Presiding Apostle of the Born Again Faith in Uganda, and Co-Chair of the Inter Religious Council of Uganda. For decades, Apostle Serwadda has mobilized nationwide revival initiatives, stewarded generational prophecy, and championed Christian media through Impact FM and Dream TV. DOXA Stadium is a continuation of this mantle — a place where faith, leadership, and national destiny converge.

DOXA means GLORY — the visible manifestation
of God’s presence, goodness, and power.
This stadium is not just an architectural project. It is a
faithful response to a divine assignment.
It will be a home for national revival, and also a
multi-functional hub for:
We believe this is more than a project; it is a prophetic move for Uganda to raise a national altar—a place of spiritual visibility and kingdom excellence—because the Church must not rent revival but own it, and this is not just our time but our turn to arise and build for generations to come, for “they will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated” (Isaiah 61:4).
